Job Description:
Sales professionals with direct experience in the steel industry needed to run daily operation of a sales office with responsibilities to include:
- Scheduling their Sales and Estimating Departments to maintain deadlines
- Develop and maintain your Market (Customers and Territories)
- Identify and maintain an updated list of all potential customers in your territory (i.e.- All Fabricators, General Contractors, Architects, etc.)
- Establish and maintain a Strategic Plan to target those Top Producers
- Market Quincy Joist Company and its' products to direct & indirect customers (i.e.- Architects, Engineers, etc.)
- Meet/exceed yearly quotas.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have 5-7 years in joist or related industry, experience in the Steel / Construction industry, and experience in management of personnel. Must also have excellent oral, written communications, and presentation skills. Various territories available.
